ABC Real Estate: Equity-holding Beneficiary-directed Land Trusts

Logan, UT — ABC Real Estate, LLC is looking for investors to become involved in an equity-holding, beneficiary-directed land trust system.

“This is a trust system which will benefit many, including investors,” says Preston Parker, president.

Preston’s expertise was developed from Bill Gatten, a pioneer in the equity-holding land trust system in Utah. Today, Preston is seeking individuals that desire to learn the skills and to profit from the system.

Credit investment beneficiaries are used to help buyers, who do not have enough credit or enough for a down payment to buy a home. Investors will borrow money for a home; which is placed into a trust. Eventually, the home will be put in the buyer’s name.

ABC Real Estate was started in January 2008. The company works together with investors and those with good credit wanting to sell homes in creative ways. It currently has five employees and is located in Logan, Utah.
